Our Senior Partner, Stevan Dimitrijevic, once again had the opportunity to be a guest lecturer at the Faculty of Law, University of Banja Luka — this time on the topic of international commercial arbitration and alternative dispute resolution methods.

These sessions with students are a valuable opportunity to illustrate, through real-world examples, the challenges and benefits that arbitration and other alternative mechanisms offer in today’s business environment. We believe this approach gives students added value and broadens their understanding of the role of legal professionals in international matters.
