After the competition on the topic “Best Legal Opinion” announced by our office in December last year, three- member comitee from law office Dimitrijević and partners, composed of Stevan Dimitrijević, lawyer/senior partner, Davorin Marinković, lawyer/partner and Nina Vještica, lawyer/partner, reviewed and evaluated the submitted works.

After reviewing and analyzing the submitted works, the results of the competition are as follows:
 
1. Marko Solomun (legal opinion on the Discretionary Administrative Act) – 17 points,
2. Derviš Klokić (legal opinion on the topic Responsibility of the company’s management in the event of bankruptcy) – 15 points and
3. Aleksandar Mastalo (legal opinion on the Discretionary Administrative Act) – 14 points.

We want to thank all the students who participated in this competition, as well as the management of the Faculty of Law, University of Banja Luka, especially the Vice Dean in Teaching, Prof. Dr.Zoran Vasiljević and dean Prof. Dr. Željko Mirjanić, who enabled the cooperation of our office and the Faculty of Law of the University of Banja Luka.
We want this successful cooperation to grow into a tradition, in order to motivate students and our future colleagues to develop and improve the legal way of thinking and writing.
