Yesterday, an award ceremony was held at the Faculty of Law of the University of Banja Luka regarding the competition on the topic “Nullity and Challenge of Decisions of the Shareholders’ Assembly of a Joint-Stock Company,” which our office announced on January 31 of this year.

A three-member commission from Dimitrijević and Partners, Attorneys at Law, Banja Luka, consisting of Stevan Dimitrijević, attorney/senior partner, Davorin Marinković, attorney/partner, and Nina Vještica, attorney/partner, reviewed and evaluated the submitted works.

The first prize was awarded Luka Stanar, the second prize to Duško Đurić, and the third prize to Aleksandar Botić.

We would like to express our gratitude to all the students of this competition. Also, we thank the leadership of the Faculty of Law of the University of Banja Luka, especially the Vice Dean for Teaching, Prof. Dr. Zoran Vasiljević, and the Dean, Prof. Dr. Željko Mirjanić, for enabling the collaboration between our office and the Faculty of Law of the University of Banja Luka.

We are grateful that this effective collaboration has turned into an established practice, with the aim of encouraging our students and future colleagues to develop and enhance their legal writing and thinking.
