Our Associate, Senad Kušmić, recently attended a seminar titled “Property Law Relations in Court Practice in BiH,” held on February 27, 2025, in Sarajevo, organized by Privredna štampa.

The seminar brought together experts and lawyers in the field of property law, focusing on the current practice of the Supreme Court of the Federation of BiH regarding property rights, state property, expropriation, and land registries.

During the seminar, participants had the opportunity to learn about the latest legislative changes and judicial practices, as well as exchange experiences and insights with eminent lawyers and judges. Judges of the Supreme Court of the Federation of BiH, Goran Nezirović and Adnan Baručija, provided valuable insights that can be applied in everyday legal practice.
