We are proud to announce that we have been recognized as recipients of the CEE Legal Matters Deal of the Year 2025 Award for Bosnia and Herzegovina, for our role as local legal counsel in the acquisition of Adriatic Metals by Dundee Precious Metals Inc. — one of the largest transactions in Bosnia and Herzegovina in 2025, valued at approximately €1.18 billion.

In this complex cross-border transaction, we acted as local legal counsel for Dundee Precious Metals, alongside international partners Cassels Brock & Blackwell and Bryan Cave Leighton Paisner. We provided legal support in relation to the regulatory framework, corporate and real estate matters, as well as mining-specific issues. The transaction was implemented by way of a court-sanctioned scheme of arrangement before the High Court of Justice of England and Wales, and was completed in September 2025.

The transaction was led by Managing Partner Davorin Marinković, alongside Senior Partner Stevan Dimitrijević, Partner Đorđe Dimitrijević, Senior Associates Milica Karadža and Tanja Savičić, and Associates and Trainees Senad Kušmić, Aleksandar Mastalo, Miloš Vasiljević, Stefan Rauš and Derviš Klokić.
