As part of our longstanding cooperation with the Faculty of Law of the University of Banja Luka, our law office recently organized a competition for the best legal opinion on the topic: “Conditions for the application of the piercing the corporate veil doctrine”, with the award ceremony taking place today at the Faculty of Law.

The first prize was awarded to Dejan Srdić, the second to Dajana Piljić, and the third to Željko Milićević. We congratulate all awarded students, as well as all participants, for their effort, dedication, and the high quality of their submissions.

The purpose of the competition was to encourage the development of legal writing and analytical thinking skills among law students — skills that will play an important role in their future professional careers.

We would like to thank the management of the Faculty of Law, and especially the Dean, Prof. Dr. Zoran Vasiljević, for many years of successful cooperation. We are especially pleased that this initiative has become an established practice aimed at supporting future legal professionals in developing their knowledge, skills, and professional capabilities.
