We are proud to share that our Counsel, Đorđe Dimitrijević presented a paper on pledges over movables and rights at the 19th Civil Law Conference organized by the Association of Judges of the Republic of Srpska, held at Jahorina, Bosnia and Herzegovina.

In his presentation, Đorđe addressed some of the key issues surrounding the proper establishment and enforcement of such pledges.
