We are proud to share that the Bosnia and Herzegovina chapter of ArbCEE’s flagship academic publication – the “Take a Seat” guide – was prepared by the Dimitrijević and Partners arbitration team, led by Stevan Dimitrijevic, with the involvement of Lana Samardzija and Derviš Klokić, and co-authored by Ilma Kasumagić and Alija Genjac.

Launched during Paris Arbitration Week 2025 and promoted at the Vis Moot in Vienna, this comparative guide covers arbitration practices across 18 jurisdictions in Central and Eastern Europe, exploring the role of the seat in shaping arbitral proceedings.
