We were honored to participate in the South-Eastern Europe Arbitration Conference in Vienna, bringing together leading legal experts to discuss vital topics such as ESG standards, quantitative techniques, arbitration funding, and asset tracing. Key discussions also focused on the challenges and future of arbitration law in the region.

The conference commenced with an insightful keynote address by Anna Joubin-Bret, Secretary of the United Nations Commission on International Trade Law (UNCITRAL), who plays a crucial role in promoting the modernization of international trade law.
