Stevan’s areas of expertise include dispute resolution before the courts and international arbitration; M&A and general corporate; bankruptcy and competition. He advises clients in all aspects of legal structuring of their business in the country and in cross border formations. Industries: energy and infrastructure, mining, telecom and media. Stevan is a member of Presidency of the Foreign trade arbitration of Republic of Srpska Chamber of Commerce and Industry and is on the official list of arbitrators of Foreign trade Chamber of the Republic of Srpska. Stevan is also a council member of the European Forum of IBA. He has just received a jubilee award from the Law Faculty in Banjaluka, Republic of Srpska, for his contribution to legal profession in the country
